Thissection describeshow to parallelprogram and verify Flash Program memory,
EEPROM Data memory, Memory Lock bits, andFuse bits in the ATmega8515. Pulses
areassumed to beatleast 250 ns unless otherwise noted.
Signal Names Inthissection,some pins of the ATmega8515 are referencedbysignal namesdescrib-
ing theirfunctionalityduring parallelprogramming,see Figure 74and Table85.Pins not
described in the following tableare referencedbypin names.
The XA1/XA0 pinsdetermine theaction executedwhen the XTAL1 pin is given a posi-
tive pulse. The bit coding isshowninTable87.
When pulsing WR
orOE, the commandloadeddetermines theaction executed.The dif-
ferent Commands are showninTable88.
